Here are the quick match results of tonight’s episode of TNA Impact. The events of tonight’s show where actually taped on December 17.

Alex Shelley defeated Eric Young to advance to the finals of the X-Division Title tournament. As a result, Shelley will meet his regular tag team partner Chris Sabin for the vacant X-Division Championship this Sunday at the TNA pay per view “Genesis.”

The Awesome Kong pinned Madyson Rayne.

Matt Morgan defeated TNA World Tag Team Champion Robert Roode by referee’s stoppage after Roode injured his knee.

After the match Jay Lethal and Consequences Creed came to ring to cash in their Tag Team Title shot against Roode and his tag team partner “Cowboy” James Storm.
Lethal and Creed defeated Roode and Storm to win the TNA World Tag Team Championships in what turned out be a really good match.

Kurt Angle made BG James via submission in the show’s main event.
