Here are the results from tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown! broadcast from another of my old stomping grounds – Omaha, Nebraska.
Triple H and SmackDown! General Manager Vickie Guerrero had a war of he words, which led to Vickie booking MVP against The Big Show for later in the evening with Triple H’s Royal Rumble future on the line.

Matt Hardy and Finlay beat Jack Swagger and Mark Henry when Hardy pinned Swagger.

R-Truth pinned The Brian Kendrick.

MVP beat The Big Show in a Last Man Standing match thanks to interference from Triple H.

Michelle McCool beat Victoria. During the match it is announced that Victoria was retiring from WWE.

Edge called out WWE Champion Jeff Hardy to appear on “The Cutting Edge” interview segment, but when Hardy appeared his pyro backfired and hits him. Hurricane Helms, Jimmy Wang Yang, R-Truth and his brother Matt come out to check on Jeff as EMTs take him away on a stretcher.
